Why get frustrated trying to figure out your account information when you can access your account through your PC, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? Also the use of this service is free!

 • Request a withdrawal by check (only to the names on the account)
 • Make stop payments
 • Password Reset
 • Open Club and Special Savings Accounts on your own
 • View account holds
 • Variety of sort capabilities

Logging On:

 • Click on our login button
 • Your user name will be your account number
 • You will then enter your confidential password
 • At any time, you can choose to change your password by clicking on the "Other Services" option
 • Select the "change your password" option
 • After you make the change, you will go to a blank screen
 • You must go back and log-in again using your new password
 • Your password must be between 4 and 10 alpha and/or numeric characters, and is case sensitive
 • Entering an incorrect password three (3) consecutive times will lock the account out until you contact the Erie General Electric Federal Credit Union by email by phone, or answer your reset question.

Logging Off:

 • Be sure to exit your PC Home Banking session and close/exit your browser when leaving your computer
 • For security reasons you should always log-off after completing your transactions

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

 • Anyone who has or knows the password you select will have access to all your account information
 • Transfers per month are limited in accordance with Federal regulations (refer to your Rate and Fee Schedule)
